Diana Chocolates (Pvt) Ltd. is hosting a campaign for the TIKKA brand. This is an opportunity for the consumers who love the TIKKA products to win valuable gifts.

Mechanism

Consumers need to cut and send a TIKKA character on the package of the Diana TIKKA Cheese 12g, Diana TIKKA Cheese 24g, Diana TIKKA Onion 20g, or Diana TIKKA Tomato 24g to the address PO box 73, Matale.

Terms and Conditions

• The campaign is valid from the 1st of August 2024 till the 31st of October 2024. Participants must ensure that their entry/submission is made within this campaign period. The campaign is available for the above campaign period only.
• Participation in this campaign is optional and voluntary.
• Participation in this campaign is open to all Sri Lankan citizens.
• Entry criteria required participants to cut and send the TIKKA character on the package of Diana Tikka Cheese 24g, Diana Tikka Cheese 12g, Diana Tikka Onion 20g, and Diana Tikka Tomato 24g with their child’s/ parents’/guardians’ or Applicant’s name, address, and phone number through the post PO Box 73 Matale.
• Entries not meeting the criteria and received after the campaign period will be rejected.
• Any issues related to claiming the gifts or any complaints about the receipt of gift items should contact Diana Chocolates (Pvt) Ltd. Consumer Services hotline 0662224144.
• However, Diana Chocolates (Pvt) Ltd shall not be liable for any complaints due to negligence or acts of omission committed by the prize winners.
• Winners will be informed how to and when to collect the gifts after the 31st of October 2024.
• Winners will be selected randomly through a raffle draw carried out after the 31st of October 2024. The decision of Diana Chocolates (Pvt) Ltd on the selection of the Winners shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
• The Winner shall be entitled to one gift (Mountain Bike, Kids Scooter, School Bag, Badminton Racket or Water Bottle) as decided by Diana Chocolates (Pvt) Ltd.
• A total of 125 winners will be chosen after the campaign (15 Mountain Bikes, 10 Kids Scooters, 25 School Bags, 25 Badminton Rackets, and 50 Water Bottles). Each winner must provide a photocopy/image of their or parents’/guardians’ National Identity Card and the details requested by Diana Chocolates (Pvt) Ltd.
• The award of prizes is subject to verification by Diana Chocolates (Pvt) Ltd. shall use basic audit standards to verify the legitimacy of the Winner. In case there are any conflicts in the legitimacy of the Winner, Diana Chocolates (Pvt) Ltd. is entitled to quash the prize at any given point against such claimed Winner or Participant. In case the Winner(s) are not verified internally or not reachable or they cannot redeem the Prize for any reason whatsoever, Diana Chocolates (Pvt) Ltd. will reserve the right to pass on the Prize to another participant without any further notice to the Winner.
• In case a participant is not contacted/intimated/declared as a Winner, it shall automatically mean that the person's name has not come through the selection process and that he/she is not a Winner.
• The Prize is non-transferable.
• Participating in this campaign permits Diana Chocolates (Pvt) Ltd. to use the Participant's name, photo, voice, entry, and other relevant details for purposes of publicity, edition, presentation, brand study, market research, advertising and/or trade without further approval, permission, compensation or notice for unlimited period.
• Diana Chocolates (Pvt) Ltd. reserves the right to reject or remove any entry without assigning any reason thereof. Any decision taken by Diana Chocolates (Pvt) Ltd. For rejecting or removing any entry shall be final and binding and not subject to any dispute or challenge.Failure of the participant to adhere to the above gives the right to Diana Chocolates (Pvt) Ltd. to disqualify the entry from the campaign.
• Diana Chocolates (Pvt) Ltd. reserves the right to withdraw, change, defer, alter or cancel this
• campaign in part or full, or change any or all of the terms and conditions that are applicable, without giving prior intimation/notice of any kind and will not be liable for any consequential losses/damages. Any decision of Diana Chocolates (Pvt) Ltd. in this regard and in general with respect to this campaign and the terms and conditions there to shall be final, and binding.
• If a participant is dissatisfied with the campaign and/or the terms and conditions of the campaign, his/her sole and exclusive remedy is to not to participate in the campaign.
• Entries received after 11.59 pm on 31st of October 2024 will be rejected.
